Security & trust
Both are major venues with 2FA, withdrawal allow-lists, protection funds, and proof-of-reserves. Binance is the larger and more scrutinised; Bitget has a clean track record. Enable every security feature on whichever you choose, and keep long-term holdings off-exchange.
